General

Visit our homepage and click "Join as Aspirant" or "Join as Achiever." Fill in your details, verify your phone number, and you're all set.

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. Enter your registered email address and we'll send you a secure reset link. The link expires in 1 hour for security reasons. Check your spam folder if you don't see the email within a few minutes.

Log in and go to your Dashboard. Click on your profile section to update your name, bio, profile photo, and other details. Changes are saved automatically.

After registering, you can verify your email via your profile settings. You'll receive a verification email with a clickable link. Click the link within 24 hours to verify your email address. This ensures you receive session reminders and important notifications.

For Aspirants

Browse the available achievers from your dashboard, select one that matches your goals, view their available time slots, and confirm your booking. You'll receive a confirmation email with all the session details.

You can cancel a booked session from your dashboard. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the session start time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to our cancellation policy. Please review the cancellation terms shown during booking.

When your session time arrives, go to your dashboard and click "Join Session." You'll be connected via our built-in video call. Make sure your camera, microphone, and internet connection are working properly. We recommend joining 5 minutes early to test your setup.

We accept payments through Cashfree, which supports UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and popular wallets. All transactions are processed securely and you'll receive a confirmation once payment is complete.

Refunds are processed automatically for eligible cancellations. If an achiever cancels or doesn't show up, you'll receive a full refund. Refunds typically reflect in your account within 5–7 business days depending on your payment method.

After your session ends, you'll be prompted to rate your experience and leave feedback for the achiever. Your review helps other aspirants make informed decisions and helps achievers improve.

For Achievers

Register as an achiever, complete your profile with your experience, expertise, and supporting documents (scorecards, resume), then submit for review. Our team will verify your credentials and notify you once approved. The review process typically takes 2–3 business days.

From your dashboard, navigate to the Availability section. Set your available days and time slots. Aspirants can only book sessions during the times you've marked as available. You can update your availability at any time.

Payments are processed after each completed session. The amount is transferred to your registered bank account after you request a payout from the Payments section in your dashboard. You can also view your earnings and payment history in the same section.

Aadhaar verification is optional through DigiLocker and helps us confirm your identity and build trust with aspirants. It's a one-time process that ensures the safety and credibility of our platform. Your Aadhaar details are handled securely and are not shared with other users.

Cancelling a confirmed session or failing to join affects your reliability score and may result in penalties. Repeated no-shows can lead to temporary suspension. If you have a genuine emergency, contact support immediately and we'll work with you to resolve it.

Complete all sections of your profile, add a professional photo, write a detailed bio, and maintain high session ratings. Achievers with complete profiles and positive reviews rank higher in search results.

Payments & Billing

All payments are processed securely through Cashfree, our payment gateway partner. We support UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and digital wallets. Your payment information is encrypted and never stored on our servers.

Approved refunds are initiated immediately from our end. The time it takes to reflect in your account depends on your payment method — UPI refunds are typically instant, while card refunds may take 5–7 business days.

All transaction details and receipts are available in the Payments or Transaction History section of your dashboard. You can also check the confirmation emails sent after each transaction.

This is rare but can happen due to network issues during payment. Don't worry — if the payment was deducted but the session wasn't booked, the amount will be automatically refunded within 24–48 hours. If it isn't, please email us at support@konvrsly.com with your transaction details.

Yes. If you believe a charge is incorrect or unauthorized, contact us at support@konvrsly.com with your transaction ID and a description of the issue. We'll investigate and resolve it as quickly as possible, typically within 3 business days.
