Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy outlines the terms governing session bookings, cancellations, refunds, no-shows, and penalties on the Konvrsly platform. By booking or hosting a session, all users agree to the terms stated below.

1. Booking & Payment Overview

1.1 Session Types

Sessions on Konvrsly may be conducted via:

  • Chat
  • Audio call
  • Video call

1.2 Coin-Based Payment System

  • All sessions are paid for using Konvrsly Coins.
  • Conversion rate: 1 Coin = ₹1
  • Coins are deducted at the time of booking.
  • Coins can be added through the wallet system

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy – Aspirants

2.1 Cancellation More Than 24 Hours Before Session

  • Refund: 100% refund of coins, minus applicable processing fees.

2.2 Cancellation Between 24 and 6 Hours Before Session

  • Refund: 50% refund of coins paid.

2.3 Cancellation Less Than 6 Hours Before Session

  • Refund: No refund.
  • This includes failure to cancel within the allowed timeframe.

2.4 No-Show by Aspirant

If an aspirant fails to attend the session without prior cancellation, it is treated as a late cancellation.

  • Refund: No refund will be issued.

3. Successful Session Completion

  • A session is considered successfully completed when it is conducted as scheduled without cancellation or major disruption.
  • Refund: No refunds are applicable once a session is successfully completed.

4. Cancellation Policy – Achievers

4.1 Cancellation Within 24 Hours of Session

  • Achiever cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may incur penalties.

4.2 Cancellation Within 3 Hours of Session

  • Refund: Aspirant receives a 100% refund of coins.
  • Penalty: A penalty may be imposed on the achiever (including earnings deductions or account impact).

4.3 Repeated Cancellations

Frequent or repeated cancellations by an achiever may result in:

  • Reduced visibility
  • Temporary suspension
  • Permanent account ban

5. No-Shows & Attendance Issues

5.1 No-Show by Achiever

If an achiever fails to attend a session without prior notice:

  • Aspirant receives a full refund
  • The achiever may face penalties and account review

5.2 No-Show Classification

  • Any failure to join a session without cancellation is treated as a late cancellation.

6. Technical Issues & Late Joins

6.1 Technical Disruptions

If technical issues interrupt a session, Konvrsly may offer:

  • A reschedule, or
  • A partial or full refund based on session completion

6.2 Refund Eligibility Based on Impact

  • More than 50% of the session affected: Full refund or reschedule option
  • Less than 50% affected: Partial refund or reschedule option

6.3 Late Joins

  • If an achiever joins significantly late, the session impact will be evaluated under the technical disruption policy.

7. Refund Disputes

  • Any refund or cancellation dispute must be raised within 3 days of the scheduled session time.
  • Requests submitted after this period may not be considered.

Konvrsly reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time to ensure platform fairness and service quality.
